A dna test would prove your husband is the father and were u Visiting in the USA when u gave birth?

No. I am 8 months pregnant when my husband went back home to usa. So from the time of conception, he was with me.

Okay so all u need to do is have ur husband file for u and your child seperate 1-130’s and when time comes u will need to supply a dna test proving that your husband fathered your child. DNA test will prove its your husband’s child but u can’t do dna yet and the dna has to be a place Uscis grants reliable in your country.

I don’t know much except for what I’ve learned along the way and what I’ve learned I don’t mind sharing as all the Uscis process is confusing to most of us.

Glad to be of help in any way I can..

I saw it. So there's no need for us to wait for the crba application denial letter upon application.

Because the cbra is is for your child to gain automatic citizenship from your husband who is a is citizen...was there a dna test done at that time? Frankly it would be less costly for your child to come back with automatic citizenship...what exactly did they tell you about the denial? I know they cant deny if there is a dna test and it proves your us husband is the father.

They just told me what was lacking and that's my husband's physical presence. He's lacking of 4 months and other than that, everything's okay. They didn't recommend us for having a dna test. Just the physical presence.

I am a filipina and my husband is naturalized USC. We have 2 month old baby. We file her crba but unluckily, we got denied due to insuffiecient proofs of my husband's physical presence. So let's go forward. My husband's planning to file i-130 (which is separate form for me and our daughter). Do we need to wait for the denial letter from uscis before we send the packet  or we'll just Bring it and show it during interview?

what is a g-325a all about?

G-325A is no longer to apply so instead go with I-130A effective 4/28/17. Your husband should wait to file I-130 and start with CRBA first to receive the child US passport and if staying in the Philippines too long then just simply apply Philippine passport to avoid overstaying fees to present BOTH passports before departure.

We already filed crba but unluckily we're just waiting for the denial letter.. my husband's physical presence didn't meet CRBA's requirements.
