@acidrain Where did you get this info from?

If you have Apple iPhone you can’t get the notifications like android phones. Maybe that is why u aren’t getting any notifications...

Sure

I am a filipina and my husband is naturalized USC. We have 2 month old baby. We file her crba but unluckily, we got denied due to insuffiecient proofs of my husband's physical presence. So let's go forward. My husband's planning to file i-130 (which is separate form for me and our daughter). Do we need to wait for the denial letter from uscis before we send the packet  or we'll just Bring it and show it during interview?

what is a g-325a all about?

If I were u I would wait for the denial letter so you can see what it says, then file the 1-130. The g325a form is no longer needed as Uscis consolidated that info in with the 1-1485 Form now..

Not getting RFE dose it mean we get approved before those that got RFE?.because getting a REF means they have picked up your file to work on it and and they prove the officer saw did startify him so he need more

Getting RFE definitely means they looked at file. Keep positive that your approval comes soon as there really is no rym or reason on how the process goes

Thank you very much. The officer/employee ask us if we really can't give them other proofs of my husband's physical presence then they wont grant our  crba application.
