Oh yes at NVC stage you must also provide documents.

Ok, so let me try and explain next steps after you are Approved from Uscis.

After approval your file is sent to NVC

After Case # and Invoice # is given then you pay fees of $120 & $325.

After fees are processed, the DS260 form gets unlocked and then you fill it in.. The DS260 form is mainly abt the benificiary.

After that is filled in make sure you print out the confirmation page.

Yes this is same for everyone that is filing for their Spouse..

Go on web site....... travel.state.gov and read about NVC process. I will look for a list of items you will need and place it here

Hope u understand the list of documents needed for NVC

Immigration send letter to me more evidence

I got the same for divorce decree without judge's signature. It took me almost 2 months to get approved they mailed RFE letter overseas. If in the States, it would be much faster in less time. Good luck with yours :)

Guys, make sure to be really close of NVC process before requesting criminal records. Remember that they are valid for most of countries only for 6 months.

The recommendation is mostly for those who are in places where is really hard to get them or they can only request a limited number of times the document. You will need criminal records and police records (if applicable) for NVC, then for interview, and needs to remain valid once you travel to the US, same as results of medical examination.

It's tough seeing others with earlier NOA1 dates get approved. Your time will come. It sounds very close :)

see your time is here, just keep an eye on the USCIS status page, once it says sent to DOS, you can start calling them I would say 2 weeks, to see if they have a case # for you
