So... here I am!  We got approved! PD June 14, 2017.

My husband got the letter in the mail yesterday and actually no e-mail or update in the app, even though another case from June 14 got a RFE.

 

Good luck everyone! Everyday is a new day closer to the approval!

May 25th and waiting as well.  Wondering if anyone has any information about the following.  Whilst corresponding with our immigration lawyer in the USA he mentioned that a new system was being trialed where your file is electronically sent from the USA to your country of origin where your interview will take place rather than by hard copy in the post.  Sydney Australia was one location where the trial was being assessed however I am unable to find out any further information about this matter.

I got a question for you, we're you able to check the case status online before the i130 got approved? Cuz when I try to check it , it just gives me an error message and we called and they said that we have to wait to be able to check the case online, I don't understand?

the status through USCIS? my status online still states received, still to this day shows nothing on approval nothing on sent to DOS just received, but I know it was approved, I have the letter.

Exactly where I try to check the status through USCIS it just gives me an error message

It says validation error my cases status does not recognize receipt entered

hmm if you want you can send me a message with your receipt number if you want sometimes another pair of eyes to look at it can help
