Hope soo, there no RFe coming or else more than 30 days will be wasted

you will not know if you get a RFE until it gets closer to the approval time, some get them right away while others are last to get it putting it behind a month.

Hi ,

you can start gathering these documents that you'll need to send to NVC  ,

here are couple of helpful links you can read through , it explains the entire visa process once your case is approved at USCIS

http://www.lovevisalife.com/spousal-visa-nvc-phase/

and

http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process

also call NVC in couple weeks to see if they have your case number ready or not

you can also message me , i'll help you throughout the process if you need it

Yeah we're guessing it'll take a week. Usually does, but we might call them tonight and see if they can tell us what evidence they want.

This probably pushes us another month before we are approved and good to go...

Am expecting an RFE as well but hoping I don’t. I did not add my husbands passport photo. At least in your case that means it’s being looked at so that’s a good thing. I learnt it takes about a month after receiving the reply to RFE to get approved so it won’t be for long for you anymore

Nah I don't mind or care :)

We're currently in Sweden, the northern part, about an hour north of the Arctic Circle.

Hello Nebraska fellows!

I have an important question here. Could my email notification pass on to DOS from USCIS? Anyone knows? Because I'm hearing impaired I can not make a phone call to verify for IIN & MNL case number... If it's not possible, I hope email would do or end up going directly to the Embassy in Manila :/

Pass on from USCIS stage I provided G-1145 in the first place if that's correct, Khallaf? Thanks! :)
