Right now I am  noticing NVC is taking 4-6 weeks for CC after that depends on embassy , interview can be within 1-3 months after CC

At NVC when all your documents that you send them satisfies them then your case is complete with them... CC short for Case Complete

Friend I need assistance, I pay my AOS on Wednesday and they just remove money in my account on Friday,uptil now AOS is till saying in process instead of showing paid,what can I do friends.

Give it a few days and then it will show as “Paid”. Anyone who pays the AOS Or IV Fees it will show in process then will show as paid..

Hi everyone! USCIS sent I-130 to Department of State on March 9. How long until NVC receives it? I am aware of their backlogging system, just wanted to know until it reaches NVC side in New Hampshire.

It should reach NVC within 5 days.
