No, not yet, but that is our plan.

The only thing holding us back is this slow process. I want to be with my wife so we can go through the process together, I dont want to be a dad and miss the whole experience of not being with her during the pregnancy, plus I want to be there when the baby is born.

It took them two weeks to reply to my email.  By the the time they replied, I had forgotten I emailed them and I already had the information they emailed about.

Thank God I submitted ds261 and I pay AOS at the same time,waiting patiently till friday,so I can pay IV fee too

Did you call NVC and ask them to review your ds-261 for you over the phone !? 

Once they confirm that over the phone IV fee will unlock in 1-2 business days

Funny I called USCIS last Wednesday February 28 & Tier 2 officer said my I-130 is still being processed despite being approved that same day! Oh and by the way my case still doesn't show on the online system even after approval. I get receipt not found message.

Hello everyone,so I called NVC today to know if they’ve received my case and the said the received it on 23rd of last month and it takes 2weeks to put it into their computer and create a case number,my question is does it really take two weeks?if yes then I should be expecting to hear from them this week💃🏽

NVC is backed up in general so it is not just for Egypt

Okay,just got off the phone with them and the said I should give them a 2weeks from when the received my case to get a case number.

Seems like everyone is getting the same answer. Is what they told yo my husband just a couple of minutes ago. However, they told him it was false that they were going to give priority to other applications, except the cases that are behind ours. They said we should able to receive a CN in 1 or 2 weeks...

NVC received our case on Feb. 20, and we still have no case number. I called today as it's been exactly 2 weeks and they told me that they didn't know how much longer it would take.

 yeah, hope by then they will be back on track, but I am over 4 weeks, and many others are over 6 weeks., still no case #
