Oh no! Have you been able to speak to a tier 2 officer or schedule an infopass to go in?

Yes, i have called and spoken to Tier 2 office, I got a response back from them via email saying that if I don't hear from them in 120 days, to call back. I just contacted my Congressman office and they are reaching out to them as well. I am waiting to hear back from them. I will call them again and set up an info pass appt as well to see what going on. I don't know if they lost my file or what. People who have applied after me have gotten approved but nothing for me yet. My filing date was Dec 19th, 2016. They have approved cases from July 2017.

Owisahmed, I already explained to you before once you filed then you were supposed to receive like this shown below. Obviously, your file had been lost in the first place. So sorry to hear this with your case

It is normal! Sometimes they stay like this for 30 min - 1h but they get back to answer the calls! Don't worry about that!

Hi been lurking around and never posted, my PD is 7/19/17 and approval was 2/13/18. SO glad about that. Where can I get a NVC checklist? I'd like to prepare before the package comes. Thank you
