Good morning all, so I am waiting for a CC since Sept 19th. I called NVC last week and was told that I have a new scan date of Nov 1st which I have not sent anything since Sept 19th so I asked my case be sent for supervisor review so they can see what exactly is this nov 1st packet that they inserted in my file but I did not send. I was told it can take up to 6 weeks for review from a supervisor but that my original scan date of nov 1st will still remain the same for my 11 weeks wait -_-... anywho, how long did it take for supervisor review for anyone that has gone through that step?? any input is appreciated... I've been through this process for 2 years and I am about ready to be done with everything!!!!!

If they told you it can take six weeks then it can take up to six weeks- perhaps even more. If six weeks pass and you have no response consider getting your representative involved.

thanks for your response, It was not been 6 weeks yet but almost there. How do I get a representative involved? I've seen others post about getting their senator involved in their case but I have no idea how to go about that? I've been at NVC process since 7/24/17, im desperate to end this whole process already :'(

@Isa&Sam Indeed its so painful n frustrating process but we hv to follow the rules to avoid any further delays. I got the checklist about my marriage certificate which i hv already send to them with my original package when i requested them to please check it out the representative told me that it will take 6 weeks to them to review it again. but i send it again n got an other scan date n exactly after 6 weeks my case was completed at NVC.

:crying: I know but i've been at this process since august 2015 so a little more than 2 years so I'm more than ready. I feel that we get punished for them losing our paperwork and it isnt fair. I just now contacted Kamala Harris my US senator to see if they can get involved and help get us moving along. Im desperate lol this is stopping me from doing many things I have planned for a better future next year. :(

Well my 11 week mark was 12/5 and that's when I was CC so ink whether it was my 11 week waiting period or if a supervisor was the one who CC.. Most likely it was the 11 week waiting period but hopefully you'll have some news back by the 6 weeks or sooner!
