Hi you all,

I am a bit confused. I just printed out the very helpful example form on your page for the g-325 a. on the first page jane smith corssed that she is applying for the status as a permanent resident, but on the second page she crossed naturalization. which one should i cross now?

Thanks a mill.

What are you applying for? Permanent residency or citizenship? If the former - check "status as permanent resident" everywhere, if the latter - check "naturalization". I suppose it's AOS you're filing for, so it'll be "permanent resident" on all pages of G-325A.

Filed AOS from F-1
Green Card approved on 01/04/07
Conditions removed 01/29/09

Citizenship Oath 08/23/12

That is an error on the example forms here on VJ. If applying for green-card (AOS) you are applying for status as a permanent resident, NOT naturalization. Page 1 is correct.

Also if you do the PDF form you only fill in page 1, and print all 4 pages, the other 3 pages get filled in automagicly.

yes, it is the aos. but in the example forms for the aos on this page there was naturalization on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th page and I am not sure if that is on purpose. I just don' t want to do anything wrong....

The example form has been updated. The USCIS form itself had an issue that was corrected on the newest form (which the example form was updated to). :)
