FINALLLLLY sending aos, a few questions first

Finally sending aos packet in the morning,  got held up because we had to search high and low for a co sponsor since the ones we had lined up weren't going to work out.  So stressful! Anyways,  I just wanted to know a few things

 

1) I'm using western union money orders,  I've read in other topics these are ok but the ones I have only ask for my address and signature,  not full name.  This should be fine right? Also where in order of the forms do I attatch them? Do I put them in an envelope or just attach them to the i485? I put the cover later,  then the pages basically explaining every I'm sending,  then the i485 comes next.  Should I attatch the money orders to the pages explaining what's in the  packet? Do they pay attention to these things?

 

2) is there any specific thing we need to put on the return address on the envelope? I heard somewhere that you include the a-number next to the applicants name on the envelope.  

 

3) I filled all the forms out by hand since I don't have a printer I had a friend of mine print them out for me.  I heard people say not to leave any blanks but so many pages give the option to skip to another section.  Do I still put something in the boxes I'm supposed to skip past?

 

 

4) not trying to think negative, but if for any reason the aos is denied are we allowed to try again or what happens? I have a good feeling about all of this but I'm so nervous I just hope I didn't make any mistakes

You can put N/A instead of leaving them blank if you want.

I actually left a lot of mine blank and it hasn't been an issue so far.

1. I have no advice to give you about WU money order...but put the payment at the very front of your package and include in your cover letter what the payment is for.

2. I just put my name and address on the return address of the envelope, no A-number. Depends on you if you want to include it.

3. I think you should fill out the I-864 on the computer because the PDF will generate a unique barcode depending on the answers you put in the boxes.

As the instruction on the forms say, all items that need an answer but is not applicable to you, put "N/A" or ("NA") or "0" for numerical fields. Items where you do not need to answer (those items that say..."if you answered yes on item ##, answer the following items ##") etc.

4.  Yes you can send in another application but you will also have to pay the fees again.

 

So to be sure of everything and avoid delays (avoid getting an RFIE)

- double, triple, quadruple check all items and missed fields.

- double check all mailing addresses you wrote on the forms

- double check amount (numerical and in words)

- send in all required tax return transcripts of your petitioner, or joint sponsor (if applicable)

- include a lot of evidence (paystubs, bank account details, joint accounts, pictures, and other evidences that supports your application).
