Timeframe for hearing back after sending I-129F?

My fiance sent in the I-129F along with a G-1145 on October 2, 2017 and we have yet to receive any form of notification that it has been received. Based on what I've seen in other posts, this seems to be verging on "delayed" territory and I'm not sure when we should start to assume that they did not/will not receive it and how long we should wait before trying to figure out a different course of action or resubmitting it. It seems that they have quite a backlog at the moment so it's been a bit hard to gauge. If anyone has any advice or can tell us how long it took them to hear back after sending in their I-129F that would be greatly appreciated!

If the tracking shows that it was delivered then they most likely have received your case. The g-1145 isn't a guarantee to get the electronic acceptance notification unfortunately. You should have received the NOA1 hardcopy though, are you sure they have the right address?

Have you not received your hardcopy of the NOA1? We filed on April 26th, received a text/ email on the 28th, and received the hardcopy of the NOA1 on May 3rd.

 

If you haven't received your NOA1 yet, I'd call and speak with a Tier 1 Officer to figure out what is going on.
