You need evidence since you got married, not since gc approval.

Utility bills should be the major bills like gas and electric.

they are not interested in your mail, they want to see mail addressed to both of you.

Yeah we got married on end of July. In order to organize our life we were done by October. And all the bills came on December. So what can I do?

Thats nonsense isn't water bill major? Lol. Light bill on her ex's name. We don't even say hi to each other neither my wife. And we don't have gas line to our house.

You have to explain in writing why your bills and statement are not covered from day one of your marriage, this way, the USCIS would understand why you have plenty of statements under your name and spouse name.

I would also include letter from 2 of your friends that can attest the legitimacy of your marriage.

This is a different application, you're not adjusting your status anymore, you're applying to remove your conditional status, so you have to proved and provide evidences that you and your spouse live together since day one of marriage to present with co-mingling assets and liabilities under your name and spouse name.

Well what now? We already sent it and we don't have anything before December. Who could organize their life first month of marriage?... it took us 3 months. Is first 3 months missing big deal?

You could actually. The day after our marriage, my spouse and I open a joint account, the bank approved it by showing our marriage certificate even though I'm unemployed and no social security number yet. He even updated his cellphone account to family plan and included me on the said account, he also added on all utility bills (electric and cable).

Lets hope that you wont get RFE, but for now explore your option to make sure both of you have co-mingling assets and liabilities so you can have something to send in case you will get RFE.

We have nothing for first 3 months but we have everything for rest of the months (for over 24 months). What are we gonna do if they want evidence from August to December 2015

If they asks you for the said first 3 months then you have to explain in writing why you dont have it. Again, you can't provide anything you dont have, what you can do is to explain to them in writing why you dont have so they would understand.

Good luck on your ROC journey.

Thanks! What do you think about the house? House is my wife's and if we can get house insurance which has our both name? Or it's too late. Because tax for this house is too expensive that's why we don't want to add me.

Explain to them why your name was not on the house as one of the owner, since the house was bought by your wife before the marriage so I don't think its an issue.
