I just entered the Diversity Lottery for 2019 and realised I made a typo error with my last name is there a way of bringing this to the notice of KCC, before results are out?

Unfortunately not, once submitted it’s final.

And unfortunately that also means that if you are selected you cannot successfully process your entry as your name on the entry form will not match your passport and birth certificate.

you can not change it

and whatever you do, do not submit a new application as they scan for dupicate entries and kick them out
