Hello everyone I’m reading this site, really helping me about almost everything thanks for that. So I Have A question I am almost search all the internet but can’t find my answer. Sorry about my English. Here’s my questıon

My Fiancé USA citizen so I’m from another country Next mouth he is starting the K-1 But I have a problem or question.  İ have a debt in here for a bank I believe you’re calling this collection so I can’t pay my debt right now this is effect k-1 process?

To my understanding you as the benificiary has debt that is going to collections?  I don’t believe this is an issue. The financial issues will be does the petitioner make enough income according to the federal poverty lines. If your fiancé makes enough money then that’s all that matters.
