you don't need rapid visa and it does not speed the process as the "rapid " suggests

all the work is done by you to gather documents 

attorney is only needed when the case has serious problems

In any case, we didn't use Rapid Visa or a lawyer and never thought about anything to do with IMBLA. Therefore, we didn't think to submit anything about that with our petition.

 

Should we prepare for an RFE about this?  Would Microsoft's Xbox Live TOS suffice for this purpose as well, if necessary?

I met my now husband in FFXI - this wasn't an issue at all. The officer who interviewed me for the K-1 Visa actually laughed and asked, "People still play that game?" 

 

I'm not sure if things have changed since we filed for my K-1 in 2013, but we had no issue. :)
