Hello, Does anyone know if it possible to apply to fee waiver for I-485 if I am adjusting from Asylum applicant in pending status (waiting for interview) and my kids under Medicaid and my husband (US citizen) under Medicaid and have disability. Basically while were waiting for interview for my Asylum case got married and want to adjust as family member instead of continue with my Asylum case. Could I be eligible to waive the fees if I can show that we are not making enough money at this moment to pay this application fees for me and for my kids? Thank you.

Not applicable, on a more positive aspect you have a Sponsor/Joint Sponsor to pick up those costs.
