Hi everyone, my k3 application has been approved and sent to department of state for visa processing, but my wife only visited Nigeria once and we got married afterwards. Do I stand a chance of obtaining the visa?

just because it was approved doesn't mean anything, it has to get to the consulate or embassy in your country

because they will probably close it administratively at the NVC stage to continue with the consular processing, since the k3 is obsolete

she should visit you again, and you will have to have tons of evidence of bona fide marriage. your country is a high fraud one, so you will have to show proof of bona fide marriage. you have seen each other once and got married, probably not enough

If it's gone to the NVC for visa processing, it's not a K-3 but a CR-1 so I will move this to the correct forum.

No one is guaranteed a visa. Even a 30-year marriage with 6 children together and having lived together overseas the whole time does not guarantee a visa. All you can do is take as much evidence as you have to the interview and hope for the best. Ideally your wife should visit again too.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

Thanks, we have wedding pictures,  marriage certificate, divorce papers, hotel receipt, chats, etc.  But I don't think she can come over to Nigeria again because of her job.

You don't need to worry about that, just put all your documents together...I mean including pictures that was taken.
