Hey guys just received a letter from USCIS today.. response for my service request: it says "your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly"... is that a good thing.. ??🤔🤔🤔 anyone had the same experience and got approval shortly???

I got the same answer for my 1st SR i raised a month ago. totally no helpful. I called the USCIS again asking for further explanation but the 1st level agent just said ' it means they still need to review" .... (speechless). i got suggestion to call and ask for talking to level 2 officer. 

 

F1 --> AOS 

filed I130, I131, 1485, I765 concurrently 7/10/2017

Notice of receipt  7/12/2017

Notice of bio appointment 7/22/2017

Bio(I765-I485) done 8/8/2017

I485 case ready to be scheduled for interview 8/15/2017

I765(EAD) over 90 days raised 1st SR on I765 10/13/2017

Receive SR response saying case is still under review 11/7/2017

Raised 2nd SR on I765 11/16/2017

Called USCIS to raise expedited request on I756 11/17/2017 

Made infopass appointment online and scheduled for next day 11/19/2017

Received response on 2nd SR and Expedited request saying your case is still under review 11/20/2017

Went to infopass appointment and officer put notes to NBC 11/20/2017

Received I797 EAD and AP approved and will be mailed separately 11/27/2017

Recevied notice on interview scheduled 4/13/2018

Interview at San Diego local office and approved 5/21/2018

Received greencard in the mail 5/27/2018

Filed i751 petition to remove conditions on residence 2/21/2020

Received notice of receipt on 2/27/2020

For real?? That sucks.. is it for EAD?? Mine is for EAD MY PD Is June 27 (MSC) imagine they are processing sept 15 now... so frustrating 😭😭

Yup, mine is EAD too. i am also MSC and filed date 7/12. hold hands

Our filing for EAD was June 9. Called USCIS twice and then filed a request on-line. After filing on-line we got a response within 2-3 days. EAD was approved and mailed out on October 25. It should be any time now for you guys!

I guess i am extremely unlucky. I raised SR twice, and then request expedited request, and then set an appointment to the office and talk to the officer, but it has been more than 130 days. i still didn't see any update :(

You are lucky.. ive waited so long.... got the letter on the 14th it has been 8days now.. im praying this week I will be approved..🤞🤞

Ohhhh sorry really.. its hard to tell why they take sooo long... its frustrating.... i also did twice and they replied finally.. but still in review.. i don't understand 😭😭

Hey guys our filling date was June 6 and I raised 2 SR and one was assigned by the IO but never got the answer and the second SR still not assigned. Its so frustrating I don't know why it takes ages and how they processing september now? smh
