If you are asking about the Immigrant fee of $220 usd, .......that is paid after the visa interview... either before you enter the USA or after you enter... doesnt matter which... but the Green Card itself will not be produced and mailed to you until the fee is paid.

Hello Sir. I just want to ask will it be ok if i already paid the green card fee 4 months before my departure to US? I already received the green card fee payment from the USCIS and it says my green card will be delivered to my registered address in the US eithre 120 days after i enter the us or 120 days after USCIS received my payment. Thank you
