Cost of visa and green card at the interview at the embassy for spouse

Does anyone know at the interview or upon completion of the interview do they require you to pay for the visa at that point of time in Ghana Accra

Hello Sir. I just want to ask will it be ok if i already paid the green card fee 4 months before my departure to US? I already received the green card fee payment from the USCIS and it says my green card will be delivered to my registered address in the US eithre 120 days after i enter the us or 120 days after USCIS received my payment. I am having a problem finding the (A)number so I can file for a green card where can we find the A number at . and what form do I use to file

It should be on a paper on the front of your brown packet but is also on your visa
