Missing Document Checklist sent my NVC

I received the below reply from NVC on docs that were, i am not clear on what needs to be submitted. please help

On the attached Affidavit of Support checklist, we have put an "X" by each item you need to correct. Go

to the Department of State's website at http://nvc.state.gov/aos for English or

http://nvc.state.gov/aos/espanol for Spanish and follow the instructions for the Affidavit of Support

form(s). From there, you can fill out a new form, sign, and send the form(s) to the NVC. We require an

Affidavit of Support form for each case regardless of your income level.

Your case is on hold until you send us the items we need. When you return the documents and

Thanks for the response Dee elle, what i am confused about is that they have mentioned 2 things specific to me and Household Member here under

 Does any of that need any action.?

 

Although I will resend the docs as suggested i am sure they have misplaced it.

It kinda makes sense now, but just to give you a little background

 

1. I am the intending immigrant

2. My wife is a LPR and my sponsor

3. Her Aunt is the household member and the financial sponsor

 

So i am guessing as per what you explained, the doc's needs to be sent for the sponsor since I864 pertains to the sponsor. Sending the entire letter below for reference:

So as per process the Sponsor submits the I864 and the household member submits the I864-A.

i am only confused about if  any financial docs  needs to be submitted as mentioned under Instructions for Me and Household member. Although checklist does not  mention anything.

But looking at your earlier replies, i will send the I864 and USC LPR for both.
