It shows in transit finally but it also said they scheduled interview accordingly even though we already scheduled interview.

Do they really schedule interview?

Or do we go by what we scheduled

The NVC says a lot of strange things. They told me that my fiance would be reciving a letter with information about the NVC fee payment (there is not such thing for a K1 visa) and information about documents we would need to submit to the NVC. The CEAC tracker made similar claims. Does statements were not factual for a K1 Visa. Sounds like you have the same situation, were they have accidentally given you info about a different visa type.
Just go to your appointment at the interview, and bring the appointment confirmation.
