K1 visa NOA2 notification

Hi Everyone! just a Quick question, is there any may filers who haven't received his or her NOA2? And why some people that you filed before them received they NOA2 but you are not? Help pleaseThanks

filed in may and received the noa1 June 2 and we are still waiting ... so you’re not alone , just have patience and relax and itll

be ok in due time

Because every case is different.

some needs longer time and more background checks then other. Some adjudicators work faster so go through their bulk faster.

Lots of different reasons, but it mainly goes inline. 

 

If we waited for every case to finish to move to new cases they would be doing December 2016 cases right now.

 

There are still lots of May filers waiting for their NOA2, join their thread so you can follow the updates.

As informed by @NikLR

 

The priority date normally means something else for I believe family cases etc. 

In K1 though there is none, so our NOA1 is said to be "priority date" because they are going to go with the order...Confusing things all around
