Is it so common for the service centers to update the site but not change the dates that they are processing? It feels like they have been on the Dec,03,2005 processing date forever....

Any thoughts on this?

Michelle

I feel for you..I am in the same boat..I sent it on Dec 16 and NOA Dec 21 but no touches..no nothing...Some people who send the I-130 on Dec 02, Dec 05 were approved February 15,16..Lucky!!!!..But for me..I am supposed to wait more than a month and dates dont even change from Dec03...??..Atleast they should have moved to Dec 10,11.....but no..I was thinking maybe move to Dec 11 or Dec 16....but just my luck...it didnt move at all....More waiting and more heartbreak...VSC is killing me....

Seems like they have quotas...Finish one type of application and focus on it...and then move onto another type if they start processing too fast...Its been more than 3 months....Gone are my dreams of a fast VSC processing my application within 30-45 days..... :(

Miss my wife...Trying hard not to cry...VSC can make a grown man cry...for goodness sakes.. :(
