Hello all. I hope everyone is having a good evening but again I need some really good help. The USCIS is making me crazy. They are not organized at all or they are not all on the same page. Here is my story again. I filed for the I-129F they received it april 17th. Within these last few months from the beginning of October until today I have been told so many different stories by their reps and "level 2 officers" I was tol done day my case was approved on September 25th. Then I called back and another rep told me she don't know where I got my info from because my case was still pending. Every time I've called after that I've been told my case is still pending the I would be transferred to the level 2 officer who told me a month ago that a letter was being mailed to my home for more evidence. I get different info EACH and EVERY time I call. Is there another way to find out what is going on with my case that is accurate? I started with a lawyer (which was a waste of time and money) they don't contact me or return my calls, text and emails. I just delivered a baby and my fiancé couldn't even be here for his birth. What am I to do at this point? I call every week and I get different responses. Not only that they wont even update their website.  Thank you in advance

You should contact the ombudsmen.

What does your case say online when you check?

Other then that if it's still pending then make a service request via their online form.

That’s great advice. While we were waiting over 140 days for EAD, we called twice to USCIS. Nothing came of that. When we made a service request online, we heard from them in 2 days and card was approved and in the mail.

Their website is not updated at all. The website still states that I haven’t received my receipt. Well clearly I have my receipt because I give them the receipt number each time I call
