Hello all. I hope everyone is having a good evening but again I need some really good help. The USCIS is making me crazy. They are not organized at all or they are not all on the same page. Here is my story again. I filed for the I-129F they received it april 17th. Within these last few months from the beginning of October until today I have been told so many different stories by their reps and "level 2 officers" I was tol done day my case was approved on September 25th. Then I called back and another rep told me she don't know where I got my info from because my case was still pending. Every time I've called after that I've been told my case is still pending the I would be transferred to the level 2 officer who told me a month ago that a letter was being mailed to my home for more evidence. I get different info EACH and EVERY time I call. Is there another way to find out what is going on with my case that is accurate? I started with a lawyer (which was a waste of time and money) they don't contact me or return my calls, text and emails. I just delivered a baby and my fiancé couldn't even be here for his birth. What am I to do at this point? I call every week and I get different responses. Not only that they wont even update their website.  Thank you in advance

Thank you for the Reply butbove spoken to the tier 2 and they are not giving accurate information either. I literally call at least once or twice a week

Did you check your address on the file was correct at anytime?

That is what i was trying to do today because they didn’t have the correct address (which the lawyer screwed up) back in May but i corrected that immediately and received my receipt

Good - hopefully they resend that letter you mentioned in your original post on this topic.

Sorry to hear that - It would be so much easier, less frustrating and more cost efficient if every rep had the same access privileges to deal with such a basic query like an address.

Infopass, Congressman, Ombudsman - get the ball rolling with all of them - best wishes

Go online and make an infopass appointment. The people on the phone are just a call center... They don't seem to actually know anything. If you make an appointment to go into your local USCIS office they may be able to actually help you. Something has gone wrong and the call center employees clearly can't figure it out.

What does your case say online when you check?

Other then that if it's still pending then make a service request via their online form.

They never update the case status online. Ît says the same thing it’s been saying since May and i already took care of that. I’ve put in so many service request. Online and through the call center. They are so unorganized 😔

Contact your local congressman and get them to help.
