I would like to know how many other K1 Petitions are experiencing delays from NOA2 to NVC exceeding 6 weeks.

My NOA2 was issued from the CSC on Oct 4 and NVC still has no record of it.  I did the Records Request with copy of NOA2 and also sent request for assistance at USCIS My Case.  My review of the forum i have seen waits in excess of 90 days.

Update our Petition was marked NVC Ready today. According to NVC, they only had it 8 days and it took 50+ days to get there from CSC.

Go figure!

Got the letter from NVC with Case Number on 12/14/2017...... We tried sending email and contacting the embassy in Singapore but they said that they are not entertaining Visa inquiry over the phone. I am afraid that days are approaching any she has not done any prep yet. Does my fiancée in Singapore still need to wait for any letter before she could do her medical exam and appointment for the interview?

We’re also worried that as per NO2 the validity of the approved application for petition is from 11/02/2017 to 03/01/2018. Since, we haven’t heard from the US Embassy in Singapore yet, what should we do?

She had requested for her NBI and will do her COC next week.

Any ng insights please...

My fiancée is still waiting for update about her approved application from the Embassy in Singapore since NVC’s letter on 12/14/2017 with Case Number. It’s almost 2 months and nothing came from the Embassy. NO2 expires on 3/1/2018. She’d been calling the Embassy in Singapore every time, but the documents has not reach the embassy. I’ve been calling NVC every week to check the status and does not get any positive info. Did anyone faced the same situation in Singapore.
