Is proof of relationship needed to be filed with the AOS or is it needed only for the interview? We are adjusting from a K3 to GC.

Relationship evidence not needed at time of AOS submission, it is needed for interview.

the AOS guide has exactly what is needed to be sent in, and no relation ship evidence is listed.

No it is actually needed. Page to on form I-130. You gotta submit something that shows a bona fide marriage. A bank statement was enough for us.

OP is here on a K-3. They will have already submitted I-130, probably before they changed the requirements for sending proof fo marriage.

The application to adjust status is form I-485.

No it is actually needed. Page to on form I-130. You gotta submit something that shows a bona fide marriage. A bank statement was enough for us.
