Depends on what province but if it's a province that's farther away from a regional hub or a town that's far away from the provincial hub the average is about roughly 2 weeks. My asawa lives in a town in the mountains of Compostela Valley in Mindanao. The 2go representative for that area told her that he had her package(visa) in hand but he was going to for a few days to get enough packages to go to her area. So she just took the bus to go down there and got it at the office.

What province is your fiance from?

Then that's great because there is a office in town. So roughly a week then, give or take a couple days.

Just like the diapers... DEPENDS.   After the interview you still have to wait for status on CEAC to change to ISSUED, this can be 3 days or 3 weeks (or more).  After issued delivery can be expected in 5-10 business days.

Delivery of Visas

The Immigrant Visa Unit uses a guaranteed courier service to deliver issued visas. 2GO commercial courier is the authorized courier service provider for the visa units. Visas are delivered directly to the applicant’s designated address at no additional cost. Applicants also have the option to pick up the visas at the nearest 2GO branch. Applicants do not need to return to the Embassy to pick up their issued visas.

You did not register your delivery address at the link I provided in my last post?   Then the embassy will use the address they have on record.  If your address hasn't changed then you should be fine.

At the end of your immigrant visa interview, the consular officer will inform you whether your visa application is approved or denied.

Visa approval – When approved, you will be informed how and when your passport and visa will be returned to you. To facilitate timely delivery of the visa, register your delivery address online or via the Embassy’s call center.

Visa denial – If denied, you will be informed why you are ineligible to receive a visa. You will also be sent a notification by email.

Some visa applications require further administrative processing, which takes additional time after the visa applicant’s interview by a consular officer. Applicants are advised of this requirement when they apply. Most administrative processing is resolved within 60 days of the visa interview. When administrative processing is required, the timing will vary based on the individual circumstances of each case.  You can check the status of your visa application at ceac.state.gov.
