Can't prove phys presence for CRBA (split)

If they did deny you, did you get any papers stating so?  Did they offer to re-consider with a DNA test?

I have the same status:

crba applied: lacking of some documents since my husband is a USC by naturalization. He had completed the 5 years but he lost his first passport till he was naturalized. 

Lacking of physical presence since the passport we gave them was only 4 years and 8 months.  Can anyone tell us what to do

What other documents did you provide outside the passport? Such  as tax documents, bills, college transcripts etc?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
