Hi,, in just confuse about the i485 form application,, were trying to fillup the form but we dont know if im going to used my spouse last name or may single last name....can u help me

Up to you.  If you want to change your last name then use your new married name, if you don't, then use your maiden name.

I want to but in the marriage certificate dosent show Chrizz ___ my husband last name

It doesn't need to. 

 

My marriage certificate shows "niki maidenname" married "Hugh Lastname" because I was Niki maidenname when I got married.  I can and have used that as proof that I can use my Lastname as my surname because I am married.

I was in the same situation. Our marriage certificate states my maiden name, and when I applied for AOS I just added my husband's last name to my last name. If you don't want to keep your last name, you can just use your husband's instead on all the forms. That should do it. Just make sure to bring a copy of your marriage certificate for biometrics - they asked me for one in order to verify my last name, because it didn't match the one in my passport. Good luck!

USCIS officers deal with K1 AOS applications ALL the time.  They know if you use your husbands last name it is because you are married, and the marriage certificate proves that.

 

If you want to use your husband last name, then use it.

 

BUT.......  in the "Other Names Used" section of the I-485, make sure you put your maiden name in there too.  And any other names you've used in the past.
