Immunization record required during interview at US embassy?

Hi good day! I have a question, is it required to bring my immunization record on my interview date?or is it just fine to bring the medical exam result except for the immunization record? I am already done with my medical exam but Im a afraid I still wouldnt be given immunization shots because i still have to take a pregnancy test prior to immunization,since the doctors have to make sure that i am not pregnant by the time they give the shot. My problem here is, i may not be immunized before my interview since there's a specific date that was given to me by the doctor until i can do the pregnancy test at SLEC. The doctor at SLEC assured me that it wont affect the result of my visa interview but it is really necessary to bring the record upon departure so i could cross the border. Thats according to the doctor. Im really anxious right now. Can someone pls enlighten me even more

It might be very specific to your country but the medical report is usually sent straight to the embassy. 

 

The US Embassy for the Scandinavian countries won’t issue a visa until all immunizations are done, unless the doctor has recommended a waiver, which doesn’t happen very often.
