Hello I want to know if someone is going or has gone through this for us to to know what to expect.

It has been 77 days since my husband's visa was placed under AP for review of Tattoos his case is with the Fraud Prevention Unit, but the embassy called and scheduled a second interview, we don't know what to expect, is it another interview? review of his tattoos? or are they granting him the visa?

Any information helps!!

Thank you!!

They look for local gang affiliation and other markings that may indicate that he may be a danger to the US.  That is common for people with many tattoos. They actually have a tattoo database of markings to check for affiliations.  It will be a second interview most likely to specifically talk about the tattoos.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

John & Rose,

Thanks for your feedback and information it is very helpful, I pray and hope that they just grant him the green card.  He has no record of criminal activity or affiliation it is a clean petition.  It is almost three months since his initial interview and AP.  His 2nd interview is tomorrow and want this nightmare to end and for us to celebrate thanksgiving as a complete family.

Just relax and do what they ask.  Always stay positive.  Everything will be fine!  I will pray that you have your complete family Thanksgiving.  Now that is something to be thankful for!

Hi! I'm glad everything worked out just fine for you and that your family is all together in the US.

I have a question regarding Police Records.  We will be getting the approval for our I-130 any day. and is my understanding that in the IV Package  I have to enclosed his Police Records. But I'm not sure if we need Antecedentes Policiales o Penales?

Also does any of these documents need to be apostilled  including the birth Certificate? I'm processing an IR-1 Visa.

Thanks
