Hi ,

 

Im preparing affidavit of support  . There is social security earning statement  , do i have to provide that statement ? i already provide W2, IRS Tax transcript  & federal income tax return .

 

if i dont have to provide social security earning statement , what should i put ? do i have to put not applicable ?

ok, so you don't have to worry about it. I've never heard anyone sending anything abt ss unless you're earning some benefits from it that you want to use as proof of income.

My pleasure. W2, IRS Tax transcript  & federal income tax return are all good proof to show income for the recent year, and that you've been paying taxes. Now, for this current year If you have an employment offer letter you have to add that plus about 4 recent paystubs for proof of current income.

Gotcha .  Oh and also do i need to send 2 photos ?

Ya . I have that  . I dont see photos , but i saw some people said send 2 photos . Ok then i just follow that list .

Yeah NVC doesn’t need photos because we already sent photos to USCIS with the I-130. Photos will be needed again at the time of the interview.

Ok . And also I just want to make sure the mailing address is the one that on the attachment right ?
