Hello,

My family member was denied visa on their first interview process due to some missing documents. We are resubmitting the documents and the letter says to drop of on any of 11 location.

1) what to submit with these documents? should we include the cover sheet with case number?

2) can anyone submit the documents or does the applicant has to be present?

Thanks,

I will greatly appreciate your response.

the documents should be  and in both native and English

yes, include the cover sheet with the following

they should have the case number, both names and both DOB's in upper right hand corner or they may not be put with the right case

make sure you keep copies of all the above including copy of cover sheet

anyone can drop them off for the person unless they ask the person to return for 2nd interview at embassy / it is just a drop box
