PERM application online / removal or update?

Hello,

 

I found in google my old PERM application (by googling a phone number!). I guess this is from the time I applied for Permanent Employment Certification ETA Form 9089 many years ago. This information should not be public and available online on search engines. This is rather confidential information.

 

Is there a way to ask them to remove this page from their server? Plus some information are now outdated.  Let me know how you think I can do that. I already sent several email to the permanent labor certification office but they are not responsive. Thank you

any time a person asks for additional assistance as i did from my Senator (and any other applications we have done with immigration), the item can be found on internet / mine appeared under a Homeland Security site that i asked for help  / i agreeof / i thought it was personal and was offended and wrote an emial to my Senator's aide handling my case

and no, once on the internet, always on internet

google your name (spouuse's name) 

you will be surprised what comes up
