Y'all! I've got a question cuz I'm so confused!

My husband and I have been working on his Adjustment of Status and I'm feeling confident about all of our supporting documents except for his medical.

Does he need to have another medical exam here in the states? Not if his medical from his foreign country isnt expired. Ie less than one year from medical date to AOS filing date unless they specifically ask for one at the AOS interview.

Do we need to supply vaccination proof? Yes. You will attach a photocopy of the DS3025 Vaccination Record that you received from your medical appointment in your foreign country.

I was under the impression we needed to do an I-693, but we could wait until we had his interview scheduled so the documents would be in date. If you are asked by USCIS (in an RFE) to redo your medical very close to your AOS interview.

I didn't think we would send his medical that was opened at the border because it's now no longer sealed. The IO at his point of entry would have taken his yellow Visa envelope. In contained the medical package. You will not have a copy of the entire medical. They only thing you have is is DS3025 Vacconation Record and a copy of the Xray CD.

I'm just so confused!! help!!!

Hello Friends,

I am at the stage of proof checking all forms for the last time and finally sealing the envelope and sending it to the Chicago lockbox for my AOS process initiation. I want to run by the experts on the forum the set of documents I have added to my envelope and any feedback would be more than welcome. The main forms that I have filled include I-485, I-765, I-131, I-864, I-1145 and G-325.  Are these supporting documents enough or do I need to add some more? Like wedding pictures, home and auto insurance where our names appear together, Rented apartment Lease, AT&T Wireless Account where I am on my Spouse (USA Citizen)family plan.
