I130 May filer

I submitted my application for my husabnd april 30th ,USCIS received May 2nd ,so my priority date  May 2nd

Texas service center 

Seriously everything is taking longer than usual....but still waiting and checking everyday.

I filed for my mum and she was granted a visa and now its my husband's turn ,hopefully next year ,I will get approval letter....I don't like texas,Nebraska but Potomac service center are doing great and work faster.Good luck to May Filer..Texas please speed up a little.Jebal🙏

The waits are crazy..i filed for both my mom and dad with a PD of 09/16/16 and just last months my moms I 130 was approved...and my dads is still pending... 14 months now!! they are extremely back logged

Texas is currently working on February 2017 spousal visa

yes, much slower than it use to be but the number of applications has increased

shows that the number of visa issued  wasin 2012 was 8,927,090 and in 2016 10,381,491  

that alone is an increase of 2 million not countring the applications that were denied or refused 

just be glad you are not in Nebraska as they are slow slow slow

Hey guys so I got RFE online,case status but still waiting for the letter,I have no idea what they request for! Wish me luck y'all and I wish y'all good luck on your cases....will keep posting until the end of our case...thanks😘 I'm really nervous because I don't know what they request for🙁

My PD is may 2 too and today my status change
