I have a fiancée living in Nigeria, I really want to bring him faster into america but am still greencard and I don't want to wait so long for the process so I want to bring him with a work visa. My fiancee is a pharmacist with about 7 years experience, can someone link me to an agent that can help me with the process.

Thanks

I think your route is H1B but I think Pharmacist is not in the list of specialty occupation, so there is no chance to obtain a visa with pharmacy work experience.

Also another reason some of the degrees from overseas is not accepted here. Pharmacy is one of them. I know its state by state case.

He need to attend pharmacy school and pass the board exam to practice in U.S.

If you have a green card and get married, the process of getting the spouse a green card is 2 years. I recommend that you get married and start as soon as possible if that is what you want.

Getting someone a job and a work visa is very hard. There are a limited amount of H1B visas available. Plus, he would have to get a job before getting a work visa. A pharmacist is very specialized profession with a lot of country specific knowledge because of all the rules about drugs in the US. It won't be easy for him to find a job.

If he is good and he has a good education, maybe look into the possibility that he does some sort of studies or training in the US. That could get him an F1 visa. Though studying in the US is very expensive without any scholarship. But if you want to live in the US with him, this would also allow him to get a job once you are able to marry and get a green card for him.
