Filed I-130 for ex

My Cambodian fiancee and I are thinking about starting the K-1 Process, I've been reading about the process and think I have a good understanding of it.

 

However, in 2014 I married a Russian woman who had overstayed her visa 10 years previously and was still in the US illegally, we filed for an adjustment of status for her and was approved for her green card. This was a bona-fide marriage but did end up only lasting 1 1/2 years due to personality conflicts.

 

I was wondering if I'll have any issues with the K-1 and the later AOS due to this?

It is likely to come up. If it was bonafide there shouldn't be any problems on your end. What is more important is if your fiance knows about your ex. many times we have seen here where a US citizens fails to share previous marriages to a beneficiary and when they have their interview they are asked about it and are caught off guard.

That's good to know, thanks. Yeah I've been honest with her about it so shouldn't be any surprises if she gets asked.
