I am born in July 1990. My father is the applicant, F4, India. PD is 31st Oct 2003, Approval Date is 9th March 2010. On 13th Oct 2017 we got a mail to pay the fees for me and my sister, and we paid and completed ds 260. After that the documents(birth, passport and PCC) we send and on 6th Nov 2017 its just reached on nvc. My question is my name will be in IL ? And am i eligible to get visa ?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
