I am new to this. Please help on few items on form I-864.

In part 3, if I am sponsoring my wife and a child, do I check #9 ?

Section 24, don't know what to check d or c?

Do I need separate form for a child?

Do I need this form for K3/K4 visa? or I need I-134?

:help::help:

I-134 is used for K-3/K-4 Visa interview at the consulate, I-864 is used when you adjust status in the USA after arriving on the K-3/4 visas.

I-864 is also used in CR-1/IR-1 visa cases at the consulates due to the visa generating a Green-Card shortly after arrival using that type ov visa.
