Removing conditions i751

So I'm about to remove conditions for my 2 years green card I know  the uscis fees 595 us dollars and bbiometric fees 85$ us dollars do I have to pay both at the same time or only 595$ attach to the i751 application and then 85 $ at the application center the day they take my fingerprints?

You will have to send all the money at once. It's the same process just like you paid for AOS
