Hello all,

My spouse and I pretty much have everything set to send off to USCIS next month. We have a cover letter on top, then the I-751 sheet after, then all of our evidence paper clipped in sections (I heard/remember you’re not supposed to staple, only paper clip? Or was that only for the actual fiancé visa package only?).

How did you guys mail your package? USPS with tracking in one of those envelopes form the post office? Did you include signature once received?  What is the preferred method?

Also, once sent, I assume we look out for a NOA1 within a week or so? Then does a biometrics appointment letter follow soon after or a few months down the line? Similar to the fiancé visa/original green card process?

Thank you!

Thank you for sharing! Wow you sure have a large package. I assume ours is about 100 or so pages, but not nearly as organized into exhibits and such. We just have a cover page listing the evidence and the evidence is placed in that order following.

As long as you have a variety of evidence, that's good for USCIS. I wouldn't worry about organization. We did not send it signature required, but did send it 3-day tracking so we knew exactly when it was delivered.

That works for us then! Yes, of course we’ll present it as organized as possible. I just wasn’t sure if there was a specific format they wanted it in.

We will for sure send it tracked and delivery confirmation.
