I have no idea what you are talking about and have no interest to get into an exchange to deflect away from the fact that the poster thinks

we have enough diversity and don't need anymore "other than white people" Caucasians, in this country. So all black people, we will shut the door now because "we Caucaians" are already at a low 67% and don't want to dwindle anymore. Bannonites.

This is the reason why it is extremely difficult for Filipinos to get a tourist visa to America.

I do think it is ridiculous that the wait times for F4 visas from the Philippines is almost 20 years.  Although, I am not a fan of chain immigration.  As some others have pointed out, limiting immigration numbers by race seems to be pretty darn racist - we have enough of your people, we need some people from somewhere else.

Expand

Filipino is not a race, but more accurately a nationality, but I get the gist of what you are saying. They are not limiting by race or nationality, they are limiting by country of citizenship. A Filipino born in an eligible country could still apply for the DV, as could a Filipino who was born in the PI but married to someone from an eligible country. I believe one is also eligible for the DV if their parents were born in an eligible country.

I have no issue with that at all and why would I? Are you trying to imply that I am inherently racist? All I am saying is that you are trying to import immigrants to supplant and replace different race then that is racism in itself.

where are you getting this idea that encouraging diversity is actually attempts to replace white people? why in the world would america need to maintain a certain percentage of whites?

Supplant or replace different races?

How do people immigrating to the USA supplant white people? They aren't replacing them. We aren't shipping the "whites" out while we ship other people in. It is increasing diversity.

That isn't supplanting white people unless you mean supplanting their position of power/dominance/majority standing.

Because you said it is enough since the Caucasians are at 67%.
I am implying that you do not wish to see Caucasians as a minority and want to stop at 67%.
I disagree, did you "import" your spouse and did it supplant or replace anyone else ?

It sounds more like a scifi movie and is just not factual in justifying limiting legal immigration.

Reading comprehension.  I was clearly talking about F4 visas in my post.

Filipinos (Filipino: Mga Filipino) are the people who are native to, or identified with the country of the Philippines.

They already have separate Schengen and non-Schengen countries in the EU and those zones do dictate travel requirements differently.  For example, as an American, you can stay I believe 90 days or thereabouts in any combination of the Schengen countries during a 6 month period.  So, you couldn't let's say, spend 90 days in Denmark and then move on to Germany and spend more time.  But, you might have different time limits if you then decided to travel to the UK, a non-Schengen country.

I'd hardly call EU governments sovereign at this point since they have limited abilities to enforce their own laws and borders, a critical part of being sovereign.

Expand

I think they pay attention to that at the border now. Spending 90 days in the Schengen space then going to the UK for a few days doesn't reset the timer.

Do you have something to back up your lack of sovereignty claim?

Any EU country can freely leave the Union (cue the UK ) if the EU govs weren't sovereign they wouldn't be able to do that.

Every Euro country has still its own military (that is procured according to individual countries needs) , if the EU was so hard bent in stripping us from our sovereignty they'd have started with that surely.

The members of the Union joined freely it's not like there was a military take over...
