Hello

if I accidentally leave my foreign fiance' passport # off the application will it be rejected?

You don't need your foreign fiance's passport number anywhere in the application. If something, photocopies of his/her biographical and stamp pages for proof of having met in the last two years.

Nope actually they have a place to right it.

but the worst case they will send rfe especially if you used passport stamps as evidence.

Yeah, but that's only if the beneficiary is currently in the US.

At the part where it asks if they are in the country to put the i-94

even if you're not in the country in the next question it asks for passport number. I remember I wrote it.

but let me check again just in case.

I-94 if in the country I think passport number was either way. Really let me check tho I am not exactly sure at the moment I don't want to give wrong information.

If the beneficiary is not currently in the US, item numbers 38.a - 38.h do not need to be filled out.

I don't think that'll be an issue. The problem would come if you said you are currently in the US and didn't put in that info...
