 I think what someone needs to do is prove he was at the restaurant he said he never heard of. That should be easy enough to do and should put the last 2 nails in the coffin.

He did that himself in the yearbook of the girl he allegedly never met, where he mentions the restaurant of which he claims never heard. He must have forgotten about these details. He probably thought no evidence existed from 40 years ago.
