I-130

Hello all. 

 

After doing a case inquiry with USCIS i got this notice from them. 

They will schedule an interview before approving I-130. I found this strange. Any advice. What doe it mean. 

I-130 been waiting for 11 months Potomac Service Center!!

Did you or she been married before?

How did you meet, do you have kids?

Anything else relevant.

A guess and this is only a guess is they are going to schedule an info pass appointment for you to either have you explain the inquiry and situation or for them to explain what is going on with your case and the timeframe

no way will they schedule spouse interview without the 2 fees and applications paid and seeing the income and criminal investigation report / that would cost someone their job

This is for my stepson not my wife.  I am a US Citizen he his inder 21 years and hos I-130 petition is pending 11 months.
