I will have to have the I-693 immunization sheet filled out for a K2 beneficiary.  He's a 5 year old male.  I understand that the vaccinations that are needed for an adult K1 are MMR, Td or Tdap, Varicella, and Influenza.  I want to make sure that these are the same requirements for the K2.  He had his vaccination record from Colombia and the county health department transferred that information as well as his new/updated vaccinations to a vaccination card from the county health department.  This was done so that we could enter kindergarten.  He should be up-to-date on his vaccinations now and today he goes in for (what will hopefully be his last one for AOS) the flu shot.  Are there any that are missing?  Thanks.
