What is next?!

Did they give him any requirements to meet other than the 1 year? He will have a new interview in a year.

The previous I-601A still applies for the waiver of unlawful presence.

Ah, sorry! I misunderstood the situation! Big difference here...

 

My understanding is that an I-601A is automatically revoked if there is another ineligibility (such as drug use). I encourage anybody else with other experiences to verify this applies for a medical-based condition, but I think this automatic revocation still applies here. I'm so sorry for the confusion/mistake!

So sad that this happened.

 

Do you know if waiver can be submitted during the one year ban?
